Returns & Refund Policy – ONA Water
At ONA Water, we are committed to delivering high-quality water filtration systems and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a full refund on eligible products returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must: Be unused and uninstalled Be in original condition Include all original packaging, fittings, manuals and accessories Be returned within 30 days of the invoice date Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Warranty Claims
ONA Water products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable (for example, a 12-month warranty on certain components). Warranty claims: Must fall within the stated guarantee period Apply only to manufacturing faults Do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect or unauthorised repairs Products must be registered where required at the time of purchase to validate warranty coverage. Please contact us first before returning any item under warranty.
Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind, you may return unwanted items within 30 days of the invoice date. Conditions: Items must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged All original packaging must be intact The return shipment must be arranged and paid for by you using a tracked delivery service Unwanted items are returned at the customer’s expense. If preferred, we can arrange a collection service for a €20 charge. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or installed: Water filter cartridges Installed tap systems Used plumbing components This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty goods.

Processing Times
Once returned goods are received: Inspections are carried out within 3–5 working days Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 working days Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
